Quotations
Our continuing investment in modern, computerized estimating software allows us to take off from plans or specifications providing fast, accurate results for any size of project. Because we both manufacture and install ductwork systems we are able to provide a complete service and such have refined our costing and operations to the benefit of our customers.
Design CAD
Working either from scratch or from clients architectural and structural drawings, we are able to design full working drawings using Auto-CAD with specific Ductwork System add-ons. All ductwork is DW/144 compliant and our designs conform to the industry recognized formats.
Manufacturing
We operate a fully automated production facility, equipped with CNC plasma cutting facilitie, and a coil line capable of forming pre determined sheets. Juxtaposed with a well trained work force, and experienced project managers our design/manufacture link is seamless, reducing lead times and costs to the end user.
Installation on Site
As part of the turnkey experience our ductwork installers are on hand for all projects and are fully trained in IPAF, PASMA and have CSCS cards. Our project managers are expertly trained and handle all site work and manufacturing work for each job.
Conveniently based in Southampton, Hampshire we normally cover the area bordered by the M4, but we have also undertaken projects as far afield as South Wales, Cornwall, Kent, Cambridgeshire, the Midlands, and even as far as Scotland.
